Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science, with hands-on experience in building scalable AI applications for real-world use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms based on project requirements.

• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into products or platforms.

• Train, test, and validate models using large datasets and ensure model optimization and accuracy.

• Use deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) to build advanced models (NLP, CV, recommendation systems, etc.).

• Monitor AI systems in production and improve performance based on feedback and data.

• Document processes, model configurations, and development iterations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.

• Proficiency in Python and libraries like scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, etc.

• Experience with one or more deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).

• Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI techniques.

• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and model evaluation metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps tools.

• Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, HuggingFace Transformers).

• Knowledge of APIs and integration of AI services into production environments.

• Exposure to data engineering workflows and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
