Our approach

UI UX Design is judged by what users do, not how it looks in a presentation.

Good UI UX design shows up in the numbers: more completed sign ups, fewer support calls, faster tasks. We start with evidence, design systems instead of single screens, and work side by side with the engineers who will build the result.

Research before pixels

Interviews, analytics and usability testing reveal what users need, so design decisions rest on evidence rather than opinion.

Systems, not screens

Reusable components, design tokens and documented patterns keep every screen consistent and make new features faster to design and build.

Designed to be built

Our designers and engineers work in one team, so what you approve is what ships, without surprises at handoff.

What we deliver

Our UX and UI design services

From a focused audit to the complete design of a new product, delivered individually or as one program.

UX Research and Discovery

User interviews, analytics review, journey mapping and competitor analysis that define the problem worth solving.

UX Strategy and Information Architecture

User flows, navigation and content structure that make complex products simple to understand and use.

UI and Visual Design

Interfaces for web, iOS and Android that reflect your brand and follow each platform’s current design guidelines.

Prototyping and Usability Testing

Clickable prototypes tested with real users, so problems are found and fixed before development starts.

Design Systems

Component libraries, design tokens and usage documentation that keep products consistent as your team and product grow.

Accessibility and UX Audits

Expert reviews against usability heuristics and WCAG 2.2, with prioritized fixes for existing products.

Design and AI

Designing for AI, and with it

AI is changing both what we design and how we design it. We help teams create AI experiences people trust, and use AI tools to explore ideas faster without giving up research and craft.

Design for AI products

Assistants, copilots and AI features designed with clear expectations, visible sources, easy correction and human control where it matters.

AI accelerated exploration

AI tools generate early concepts and variations quickly, then designers research, refine and test them with real users.

Design to code

Design tokens, component mapping and developer tooling that connect design files to production code and keep them in step.

Adaptive interfaces

Structured components and rules that can be assembled for different users, devices and contexts, including interfaces generated by AI.

Future proof by design

Design standards and platform changes we work to

Platforms, accessibility law and design tooling keep moving. These are the current standards every design we deliver follows.

  1. October 28, 2025

A stable standard for design tokens

The W3C Design Tokens Community Group released its first stable specification, so colors, type and spacing can be shared between design tools and code from one source of truth.

  2. June 2025

    Apple's Liquid Glass design language

Apple introduced Liquid Glass across its platforms with iOS 26. iPhone and iPad interfaces we design follow the current Human Interface Guidelines.

  3. May 2025

    Google's Material 3 Expressive

Google updated Material Design with Material 3 Expressive, bringing more expressive shape, motion and color to Android interfaces.

  4. Accessibility

WCAG 2.2 and the European Accessibility Act

WCAG 2.2 is the current W3C accessibility standard, and since June 28, 2025 the European Accessibility Act requires many digital services sold in the EU to be accessible.

  5. Performance

    Responsiveness is a design decision

Google's Core Web Vitals expect pages to respond to input within 200 milliseconds, so interaction design and front end performance are planned together.

  6. May 2026

    Interfaces generated by AI

Google announced generative UI in Search, building custom layouts on the fly. Products need well structured design systems that AI can assemble reliably.

When it makes sense

Signs your product needs a design review

Users start but do not finish

Sign ups, checkouts or key tasks have high drop off, and nobody is sure where or why users give up.

Every screen looks different

Features built by different teams feel like different products, and each new screen is designed from scratch.

Developers are guessing

Specs are incomplete, so engineers make design decisions under deadline pressure.

Support tickets repeat

The same questions about basic tasks arrive every week, a sign the interface is not explaining itself.

How we work

From research to developer ready design

Research

Interviews, analytics and competitor review to understand users, goals and the problems worth solving.

Define

Journeys, user flows and information architecture agreed with your team before visual design begins.

Design and prototype

Wireframes, visual design and clickable prototypes built on a reusable component system.

Test and hand off

Usability testing with real users, then developer ready specs, tokens and components for build.

How we operate

Principles behind every design

Accessible by default

Every design meets WCAG 2.2 level AA for contrast, focus states, target sizes and screen reader support.

Evidence over opinion

Key decisions are tested with real users and measured after launch, not settled by the loudest voice.

Built to be built

Designs come with states, spacing, tokens and components that engineers can implement exactly.

You own the files

Design files, research and design systems live in your workspace and belong to your business.

Engagement models

Ways to work with us

UX audit

A fixed scope review of an existing product against usability heuristics and WCAG 2.2, with a prioritized list of improvements.

Product design project

Research, UX and UI design for a new product or major redesign, delivered as developer ready files.

Embedded design team

Designers working inside your product team on an ongoing basis, alongside our engineers or yours.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between UX and UI design?

UX design is about how a product works: the research, user flows and structure that help people reach their goals. UI design is about how it looks and feels: layout, typography, color and interaction states. Good products need both.

What do you deliver at the end of a UX and UI design project?

Typically research findings, user flows, wireframes, high fidelity designs, a clickable prototype and a component library with design tokens and developer specifications, all in your own design workspace.

How long does a UX and UI design project take?

A UX audit takes a few weeks. Designing a new product typically takes a few months, depending on the number of user journeys and platforms.

How much do UX and UI design services cost?

Cost depends on the scope of research, the number of screens and platforms, and whether a design system is included. After discovery you receive a written, itemized estimate.

Do you design for accessibility?

Yes. Every design meets WCAG 2.2 level AA, which supports compliance with laws such as the European Accessibility Act.

Can you work with our existing brand and design system?

Yes. We extend existing brands and design systems, or create a design system from your current product so future work stays consistent.

Can Inventh also build the product you design?

Yes. Our designers work alongside our web, mobile and AI engineers, so the same team can take a design from prototype to production.

Do you design AI products and features?

Yes. We design assistants, copilots and AI features with clear expectations, visible sources and easy ways for users to correct or override results.

Ready to design something people love to use?

Tell us about your product and your users. We will come back with an honest view of approach, timeline and cost.
